This part is on me. I'll get you settled and comfortable, apply the gel and position the LED light, then monitor your progress the whole way through and check in on how you're feeling as we go. You won't have to lift a finger — most guests use the hour to close their eyes and enjoy having something done just for them.

I'll walk you through how to protect your results, including which foods and drinks to avoid over the next day or two while your enamel re-seals.

What to expect.
A little prep and aftercare know-how goes a long way toward a smooth, comfortable visit.
Gently exfoliate the area the day before, and let your hair grow to about a quarter inch — roughly the length of a grain of rice. Come with clean, product-free skin and avoid applying lotions or oils beforehand.
Everyone's sensitivity is different, but most guests find it quick and very manageable. I use a gentle, efficient technique and high-quality professional wax to keep discomfort as low as possible. Deep breathing helps, and it gets easier with regular visits.
About 1/4 inch is ideal — long enough for the wax to grip, but not so long that it's uncomfortable. If you're coming from shaving, try to let it grow for at least two to three weeks.
Most guests come every 4 to 6 weeks. Regular waxing weakens the hair follicle over time, so hair grows back finer and appointments become easier and more comfortable.
For the first 24 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, workouts, tight clothing, and exfoliating the area. Stick to loose, breathable fabrics and a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer. After that, light exfoliation helps prevent ingrowns and keeps skin smooth.
Waxing is generally safe during pregnancy, though skin may be more sensitive. Let me know if you're using retinoids, peels, Accutane, or other actives, since some can make skin too delicate for waxing. When in doubt, check with your provider first.
A professional-grade whitening gel is applied to your teeth and activated with an LED light during your session. The gel lifts surface stains from things like coffee, tea, wine, and tobacco to reveal a brighter, more natural white. I'll take care of the whole process for you — all you have to do is relax.
Some guests notice mild, temporary sensitivity for a day or so afterward, and many notice none at all. The DaVinci formula is all-natural and designed to be gentle. Let me know ahead of time if you already have sensitive teeth so we can adjust the session.
Most guests enjoy their results for several months. It depends on your diet and habits — coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco will shorten it. Avoiding staining foods and drinks for the first 24 to 48 hours after your session makes a real difference.
Whitening is a cosmetic service, not a dental treatment. It isn't recommended if you're pregnant or nursing, or under 16 years old. It's also not suitable if you have active tooth decay, gum disease, or very recent dental work. Crowns, veneers, and fillings can be cleaned of surface staining but won't lighten past their original shade. If you have any concerns about your dental health, please check with your dentist first.
Avoid brushing your teeth for at least four hours before your appointment, and come well hydrated — it helps reduce any chance of sensitivity. Wear something comfortable. Afterward, try to avoid coffee, tea, red wine, and other deeply colored foods and drinks for the first 24 to 48 hours while your enamel re-seals.
